After getting off my ass and rebuilding this site to actually promote and market the Penalty Box brand I have been pretty active. Keeping fresh content posted, new videos, blog posts etc. has been priority numero uno. Learning and staying on top of SEO stuff has been equally important, with keyword research, trackbacks etc. etc. quite frankly there is so much I don’t know still but I pick up something new every day. I just figured out what the bounce rate is and I’m very pleased with what I have learned. This site has a very low bounce rate, which means all of you are looking around and not just seeing one page then leaving. Thanks for that btw. But now it's on and the challenge for me is to keep this bounce rate low, right now its incredibly low, I realize this is a different type of site as far as averages go but I’m still stoked with the non bouncing that's happenin and this web average stat I found.
From Google - “High bounce rates typically indicate that the website isn't doing a good job of attracting the continued interest of visitors. According to an Inc.com article: "As a rule of thumb, a 50 percent bounce rate is average. If you surpass 60 percent, you should be concerned. If you are under 7 percent, your site is the BOMB YO!”
Bounce wit me, Bounce wit me..or dont actually.
